The HR Coordinator is a dynamic individual with excellent customer service. The ideal teammate will be an influence to all employees at Vista, bringing positive vibe and executing well-organized events.

This is a temporary part-time position (5 months with possible extension/ MWF 8 hours each day).


– Front-end HR answering questions about internal HR policies and processes

– Process semi-monthly payroll with the Finance team

– Review, analyze important reports, and provide valuable feedback or updates to management

– Manage employee files and information (BambooHR and physical folders)

– Process any changes to employee personnel as directed by President and HR Manager

– Coordinate employee engagement activities (birthdays, fun events, Friday breakfasts, Marketing events)

– On-board new employees following the SOP created

– Process employee separations (final checks, exit interview, termination benefits, initiating COBRA)

– Process ordering business cards and any specific office supplies

– Manage all HR vendors

– Maintain clean office facility including scheduling monthly vehicles car wash

– Serve as a critical support to HR Manager with various projects



– Bachelor’s degree

– 1+ years of project management and office management preferred

– Ability to keep confidential information

– Flexible with the growing start-up culture

– Go-getter and proactive attitude

– Ability to work with various individuals in different hierarchies in the organization

– Desire to grow in the HR field and support various projects

– Excellent customer service to both internal and external clients

– Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills

– Must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects and competing demands

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Detail oriented with exceptional organization skills

– Proficient in Microsoft office applications

– Valid state driver’s license, clean DMV driving record, and ability to pass a pre-employment background check
